Side costs – Obligatory: local tax by local tariff (1,6€/adult/day); final cleaning: 200€; air conditioning in case of need: 20€ / day
Deposit: EUR 200.-
Terms of payment: Partial payment(50%) at confirmation of booking, part of the total sum on the spot when keys are handed over.
Arrival: on Saturday from 15.00 o´clock. Departure on Saturday till 9.00am. The minimum length of stay is 1 week in the main season. Alternative date of arrival and departure as well as shorter stays are feasible on request in the low season.

Cancellation terms
Up to five months before the date of arrival you may cancel the house booked. From five months to three month before the date of arrival we will charge 50% of the trip price. From three month to one week before the date of arrival we will charge 90% of the trip price. For a cancellation in the last week before the planned date of arrival we will charge 100% of the trip price. With the transfer of the deposit you accept the cancellation terms.

Travel insurance
As every now and then something unexpected can happen to prevent you taking your holiday, we recommend that you take out travel insurance, e.g. with European Travel Insurance.
